Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of office product solutions, has an exciting opportunity available for a VP Service to join our Corporate Services Division headquartered in Irvine, CA.

The VP Service position will be responsible for overseeing and championing subsidiaries’ service programs and initiatives, which support the long term marketability of Service offerings and end user satisfaction, service productivity, product operability, parts availability, technical training, and company responsiveness.  The position will provide strategic leadership while ensuring a centralized focus for all subsidiary service in order to effectively and efficiently grow revenue.

A successful candidate MUST have 10 years increasingly responsible experience in technical/field service and support operations including but not limited to extensive knowledge of office automation products including copiers, multifunctional devices, facsimiles and printers in addition to the following:

• BA Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years of increasingly responsible management experience within the service function.
• Must have proven success streamlining operations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must be able to travel frequently
